Placing or approving an order

1Print requires full payment when an order is placed. Once an order has been placed or approved, your credit card will be immediately debited. Please do not place an order if you do not agree. If you decide to cancel your order a cancellation fee is applicable. Please see section on Cancellation of an order.  1Print is not obliged to attend to any changes or variations to the goods unless agreed in writing by both parties. PLEASE FOLLOW OUR GUIDELINES ON ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS. IF YOU ARE NOT SURE OF HOW TO SETUP A GRAPHIC FILE AND TO AVOID PRINTING ISSUES PLEASE DO NOT PROCEED WITH THE ORDER. USE A PROFESSIONAL GRAPHIC DESIGNER TO SETUP THE ARTWORK FOR COMMERCIAL PRINTING. IF YOU ARE NOT SURE ABOUT COLOUR OUTCOME AND ACTUAL IMAGE SIZE A HARD COPY PROOF IS RECOMMENDED.

Cancelation of an order

Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled under any way circumstances without incurring a cancellation fee. Cancellation fee is 10% of the value of the print job. Minimum fee will be $50 + GST plus any costs on graphic design/plates/proofs if applicable.

Payment  Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, EFT and company cheques.

Specifications

It is the customers responsibility to make sure that all electronic files supplied comply with 1Print's file specifications requirements and that the files supplied are correct and able to be printed as soon as they are supplied. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that any graphic material supplied for printing do not breach relevant copyright legislation. 1Print Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for any copyright issues. Artwork supplied incomplete will require a re-quotation and the print price shown for the product will not apply.  Although we try our best to achieve best possible colour matching, due to the print process colour variations will occur from reprint to reprint. Marginal variation will occur from one run print run to the other. Please do not order from 1Print if you require an exact colour match for a reprint job. Electronic files are not kept for future use for the customer and they have to be supplied with each and every order. If yor are not sure about your colour output, you can order a hard copy high resolution for a close indication of how colours will look like.

Acceptance of orders is subject to credit approval.

Deliveries:

Our transport people deliver to - Street/Residential address only, 

If you have a Street/Residential address and its unattended we can leave your goods at the door, if your request this type of delivery , please note we are not responsible for any lost or stolen property. 

Also we cannot deliver to Apartment blocks that have Security Entrances, if they are unattended. (If this happens and the goods are returned to us , you will be asked to arrange your own courier or pay an additional delivery fee).
